WORKPLACE ASSESSMENT
So you're already in the space you want, but something's not working. The perfect time for a redesign. The first towards a more efficient and effective office space is knowing what you already have. We'll observe and analyze your current workplace(and its workers) and find out how to bring more of who you are to what you do. That way, you'll have a better idea of what size facility your business needs to flourish well before you begin looking for it.
Test Fits
Now that we have a good idea of your needs, both qualitative and quantitative, we can start designing the individual, shared, and collaberative spaces that will make up your office. We'll also give you a closer look at the HVAC demand, lighting needs, parking ratio requirements, budget estimates, and other factors you and your broker will have to consider before finalizing the deal. Then we'll use our AutoCad template to test-fit each space that you've selected, giving you a look into the many alternate futures of your business. Welcome to the fun part.

In addition to the three-dimensional rendering of your finished space, we'll provide architectural drawings, wiring plans, engineering assessments, construction docs, furniture specifications, move plans, timelines, and a complete project management estimate.
